Nail Of the Week: Gamer Glam

I'm going to try to do a Nail of the Week EVERY week. We'll see how long I can last. I started out painting my nails every week but before I had my base coat, I think my nails got ruined a little so they ended up splitting a lot. They have finally gotten back to normal, so I'll be starting to do Nail of Week every week. Yay!

Ok, well let's get started. The nail polish I used this week is China Glaze: Gamer Glam. $5 at Sally's Beauty Supply. It's from the new Tronica Collection. They say it's hollograpic and supposedly it's the new collection for the Tron movie.

To start out I applied the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat. Let that dry and then I applied two coats of the China Glaze Gamer Glam. It's opaque enough to only need one coat but I prefer two.

I absolutely love this color. It's a really sparkly lighter shade of purple. I was even more amazed when I stood outside (or you can have your nails under light) and noticed all of the gold, blue, and various other colors that would show up. It's beautiful! I'm definitely in love with this collection.

This color is between a lavender and a dark purple. It's definitely a perfect shade for me since I have a light skin tone. It's not shockingly bright so that's a good thing.

I'm most likely going to get the other colors in this collection because I'm so in love with this one. I checked out the swatches on the other colors and I'd love to have the silver/gray one and the magenta pink color.
