Target.com is having a pretty good offer, I think anyway. Now, correct me if I'm wrong at any point during this post.
Target is doing FREE SHIPPING when you purchase 2 E.L.F cosmetics! So for $10 you get free shipping. Feeling lazy? Stay home and order it from Target.com! hehe.
The thing that I'm not sure on is if the free shipping applies to some of the other cosmetics. I haven't tested that theory yet. But this is pretty good since E.L.F products are pretty cheap and shoot, who doesn't love free shipping?!
